Nice selection of guns, customer service is absolutely terrible. Treated like an inconvenience, no effort or seeming desire to be of anything that would remotely resemble help. I’ll plan on making my purchases elsewhere from now on.

Just picked up my item, team seemed cool with me. No issues in and out in 15min. The hard part is the wait for my item, no fault of Pistol Parlour's. Customer service complaints??? Walked in greeted right away. Idk about some complaints on here. My advice is approaching is half the communication link, to get service???

Great selection to bad there is some extreme fudd style information. I watched and listened to a guy behind the counter talk a dad into buying his daughter a ruger Mark 4 target 22 for self defense. He said it was an assasins round and 22lr killed more Americans every year then any other bullet. The selection is great and prices are good, but take everything said with a grain of salt. Especially if your talking to the guy who wears a knife around his neck.
