The Receptionist was extremely rude and didn't care about the customer. She was disrespectful and unprofessional. Originally said they accept my insurance. Then when I got to the appointment she kept saying my insurance was not accepted at this location. The Group and address are listed as an In-Network provider on my insurance account. She told me I had to pay full price out of pocket if I wanted to continue my appointment and kept pushing it. I ended up cancelling the appointment and will find somewhere else to go.

After YEARS of getting glasses and contacts to correct my eye, Neal eye group was the first one to get it right. Dr. McConnell spent so much time correcting my vision, and even ran extra tests beyond what I was used to in an annual exam to make sure she was correct. I have finally experienced a few months without a daily headache and it's wonderful. I highly recommend this place for a thorough exam!!

I’ve been a patient’s with the Neal Eye group for at least 5 yrs. The staff has always been very professional and the prescription glasses have always been “spot on” accurate and what I expected. Dr. Neal is also very professional as well as extremely knowledgeable and he provides understandable answers to all my questions.
