I’ve been sitting going on 9hrs it’s Absolutely ridiculous. Came in with lite headiest guess that don’t matter GOD forbid ID be in bad shape something needs to be done it’s totally unacceptable to make people sit for hours and hours ‼️

Horrible experience. My 80yo cancer survivor family member was taken by ambulance to your ER. Left in a hallway for over 8hrs. Fully functioning 24 hours prior to arrival. Came with acute onset unwitnessed fall, inability to ambulate and confused. Wasn’t seen by a provider, no tests resulted, wasn’t even given anything to eat or drink. So weak even soiled himself to be cleaned in the hallway no curtain etc. As I write this he’s been there 8hrs still not evaluated by a provider. I called supervisor- which resulted in no expedition of care. Don’t bother commenting with generic patient relations number. A truly caring facility would reach out to me and explain how this is acceptable. If your ER is that understaffed or that busy do the morally acceptable thing and go on diversion. This is not only unsafe but completely unacceptable.

This hospital is the worst in the whole United States if I could give them a 0⭐️rating that's what they would get from me, they have sick people waiting in the lobby for 10 hours, i went to a walk in medical center that is owned by christiana care they sent me here with a referral to be immediately seen because my legs ware swollen plus my blood pressure was sky high I fainted 2 times during the 10 hour wait they don't care for people here at all they would let u suffer & die right In their lobby and wouldn't even care I wish I never came here next time I'll be going to ether st Francis or anywhere would be better then here.

You can send a letter directly to the unit she was on, mark it to the attention of the nurse manager. You may also be able to send an email-I would call the unit she was on and ask what's the best way to do it.

The red roof in is just off of rt1. They aren't terribly expencive. If that's to high. You'll have to go to rt 13 by the farmers market.

If you are in labor, we would recommend that you reach out to your OBGYN first if possible as they would be able to help you with the delivery of your baby as our labor and delivery team at our Center for Women's & Children's Health help to deliver babies.
