Called to check stock on a much needed medication. This local store did not have any so I asked if they could check other Rite Aids in the area and Kristin told me "they can't do that." I called a second Rite Aid in the area and guess what?! They were able to check all rite aids within 100 miles, which everyone knows chain pharmacies can do. Not sure why this location lied to me.

I have been using this pharmacy for 5 years and it's safe to say this will be my last script pick up from this place. Sue is the rudest human I have ever dealt with. Takes them HOURSSSSSS to fill a script and when I go there and say I'll wait in the store for my script they roll their eyes and have a nasty attitude. I'm over it. Never going here again

This is kind of like McDonald’s where none of their ice cream machines ever work in a 100-mile radius. At this location, their photo printer never works and they don’t have anyone in their humongous corporation that knows how to fix it but they seem to advertise that they offer passport-sized photos. Can anyone say false advertising with me?
