Per the alltrails.com site, one person stated 1.3 miles but with all the loops and some exploring you could turn it into almost 3 miles. More for hiking instead of running unless you are following the road in.

There are all sorts of fish the water is fresh and salt mix so catfish gar bass trout reds all just depends and yes you can eat them unless posted otherwise or not a keeper of course...

I was just there last week and I believe they have a sign that says no alcoholic beverages on promises, it's understandable it's a family place and they don't want out of hand picnics and there always is a police officer in the park making rounds, so don't do it, if this helps you please check the thumbs up for me I would really appreciate it thank you very much😎
