Went in for a slight squeak in my brakes on a car with less than 30k miles. Expected new pads, maybe machine a rotor. Within 15 minutes of dropping it off I got a call to replace all pads, all rotors, caliper maintenance, brake fluid flush. The whole 9 for over $1,000. I was told by Alexis there that my rear rotors were cracked and front rotors had such deep grooves they needed replacement. My car has less than 30k miles and unless I drove like an absolute maniac, that shouldn’t be possible. I went to my regular mechanic and he said everything was fine and the pads had 60% life left. Didn’t even recommend any service at all. This place just thrives on replacing everything and charging to do everything they possibly can. Don’t walk away from here but run!

Nice to see the same employees time after time. Good indicator that Break Check is a good company to work for. This is the 2nd time I've had to bring my car back because of clean oil spots on my drive way. I'll still come back in 3 months for my next oil change.

I went to this location and they don’t even say hello I’ll be right with you they look at you like you there to get free work , I waited like 10 minutes and everyone outside and they saw me when I came in , I don’t recommend this location.
