WORST takeout experience ever!!! 👎👎👎👎👎I wish I could give NO STAR if Google review had that rating. Not sure how this restaurant got good reviews?! Terrible customer service when I called to place the to-go order. the the lady who took the order sounded very RUDE, ANGRY and IMPATIENT. She told me to pick up the order in 30 minutes. I waited for more than 50 minutes, my order wasn’t ready! I asked her to check on my order, and she refused to do so. In the end I canceled my order and left. Would not recommend this place because they DON’T CARE about customers. 👎 The parking here was a BIG challenge- tiny compact parking spaces, not enough parking. High risk location for CAR DINGS😱

First, this space is for questions, not reviews. Second, from my experience I understand that most reviews like yours are a result of the fault of the customer and are not produced by any ill will from the Bollo staff. I'm sorry you felt targeted, but this was a poor way to address your feelings.
I would suggest calling the establishment directly.
