I had to laugh when I saw how much this place is charging for rent. The audacity! I get that this property is near the park, but they charge nearly $200 - $300 more per month than other complexes around Midtown when their floorplans are 50-100 square feet SMALLER! Plus, the floorplans are oddly shaped and really aren't nice to look at. The property itself is nice enough. But you can find that elsewhere. Then there are the security issues, but go read other reviews about that.

Don’t think about this too much. Great area, clean facility, beautiful units, BUT EVEN BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Just sign on! Natalie assisted me from start to finish. Constantly assisted me with any questions I had. The customer service she has displayed has been superb. Thank you so much Natalie for you assistance in transforming this apartment into my new home. To the rest of the ladies working there. Thank y’all very much for the follow up and assistance in moving. ☺️

I had a really great experience moving in. The process was quick and easy and everyone was very helpful. Dalia was my leasing agent and she was extremely nice. Gaby has also been a huge help with the move in. Although I had a ton of questions and thought I may be bugging them, they both were great and answered every question with a smile on their face.
