several business accounts I have had here for years. They hold every single check deposited stating "since these are new checks" ... we of course its never been deposited here its a business account and we get new customers weekly. Horribke bank to have a business account here with. Allegiance Bank is the way to go for a business.

I am glad I am not the only one disapointed. I have been to the Shell credit Union in Deer Park twice to open a savings account. The first time I went I didnt know you had to have two forms of ID to open a savings account. The second time I went in I dint inow her name because she never introduced herself I go in not once did she speak to me. I handed her my drivers license and my Chase Bank Card she sat there for ten mins not speaking and looking at the computer like she seen something wrong She was treating me like I was a criminal. Finally I asked her is there anything wrong? The way she was acting I thought any minute I was gonna be arrested I asked her again whats taking so long? I just want to open a savings account I am giving you 100 dols. ?? Finally she told me I am gonna need your social security card ?? Really ??? I told her never mind she didnt try to expain she said not thank you for stopping by Hello my name is ?? how can I help you? I was not dressed up with a diamond necklace. I guess she thought i was a bum because I was treated that way. Her office was beside the reception desk. She was a short young Hispanic lady. So you need 3 forms of ID to give the Shell credit union money to save for you and your birth certificate. I have not been back I guess they only want rich peoples business I am 70 I miss good ole fashion how ya doing customer service. Now days customer service is non exsistant. They hire people from overseas like India and you cant understand a word they are saying Just all so disapointing.

I deposited a check and they flagged it as fictitious. I called to ask for the reason. They said they made a mistake and asked me to deposit it again. I asked if they can remove the hold and they said no they will still honor the hold. I will be waiting 2 weeks for my check to deposit.
