It has a parking terminal approximately 100 ft from the platform. All you have to do is cross the street to where the parking structure is located. Extremely nice and clean for the most part. This is a perfect location if you want to travel either downtown or to NRG. Parking structure does have surveillance and cameras for security purposes.

Standard MetroRail stop. Directly across from the Smithlands commuter lot for the Medical Center. It can be busy before 9am weekdays.

How much does it cost to park here? I park at the fannin south location for 40$ a month and i would like to find a cheaper route to get to the medical center everyday for school.
