I don’t know why the ratings are so high at this place. I think it’s more for kids than adults. I got a blended matcha and couldn’t taste the matcha. It just tasted like the super sweet honey tapioca. Pretty sure the coconut cream came straight out of a can bc it was liquidy and chalky.

Hi! I was here with my two friends for the first time. She really did not like her drink. There was about 90 percent of the drink left. She asked for another one because it was too spicy . The response is “we can give you 15 percent off another drink?” Are you kidding me? How is this a first time experience? All you had to do was remake the drink. This is poor customer service and I will never come back here. And, yes I will tell my friends not to shop here. I have been a manager for customer service for the past ten years. Chick fil a and Boba tea would NEVER. Here is a life lesson, you never know who your customers are!!!

Wonderful Boba place. We always come here for drinks and it never disappoints. Customer service is excellent. Give it a try , my kids love it and they have lots of options for blended or tea drinks also snacks and dessert.

Nice small boba shop. Helpful staff. Good blended Vietnamese coffee drink with 25% sugar. Bought some macaroons for later too (they were very good!) thanks guys. See you next time.
