I was fortunate enough to come here and be the only truck here. It made things a lot easier. It is tight and it’s not the easiest maneuver. Traffic doesn’t stop at all so just pay attention and be mindful. It’s doable by all means but bring your A game and watch out for traffic cause they’re not watching you.

Docks are open towards the busy road. Hard to back up to the docks very little space specially makes worse when on going traffic does not stop. I had appointment 1:30pm and it’s about 6:30 pm still on the dock stay away guys not worth it.

Definitely not for rookies. Probably be a struggle for intermediate drivers. 4 tight garage docks facing a two lane road with a building directly across. Heavy traffic on the road ("O" street) and you will have to block both lanes to dock. The traffic will constantly try to pass making it even more problematic. I watched a driver tear a trailer door off trying to get docked, it's that tight. Limited parking around, 3 trucks at most, and you'll have to do a turn around on San Benito to get parked on the north side - it's a dead end. That being said, the folks here are friendly and fast.
