Call Customer Care if you have all day and no other plans for your day.... Go to this shop and get your issues taken care of in just a few minutes. The staff are friendly AND helpful. In dealing with AT&T in general, you rarely get the help and that is not very friendly. The staff in this shop should be the archetype for corporate customer service.... sadly, they are not. These guys rock!

I like how "slow it is" (I still wait about 1-1/1/2) However all the representatives that have helped me with my upgrades add services that I specifically told them NO to and they add on services you don't approve of. Beware of this!!! ask them to print out all the services rendered before you go home and realize they added services you don't need or want.. I had to call AT&T which is a nightmare to remove several services... luckily the rep was helpfull, but it's been 2 weeks now and my added services messed up the good discounts I had before they illegally added / changed services without my approval..
