Very unprofessional and rude staff. Both times I have visited my index finger has been injured. The staff do not even smile, nor converse with you, and have apple headphones in their ears talking to ppl unfairly distracted and dangerOus! Never going back!

I've been coming here for years now and I'm usually happy and satisfied, but this time, I was so disappointed. The lady who did my $37 spa pedi was in such a rush, didn't give any TLC, barely scrubbed my feet and forgot to cut my nails and by the time I realized that, the polish was already on. She didn't really put any effort into it And usually, the other women do. When you get a spa pedi, you expect to be taken care of, especially for damn near 40 bucks.

I have been a loyal customer since they opened over 10 years ago. Today is the day they lost me as a customer. I have no words to describe the level of disrespect I was treated with. I never leave reviews but the terrible attitude and facial expressions from the two ladies up front and them not wanting to help me when they were just sitting there really upset me. Amy, my go to, was off so they could have easily done a manicure but instead refused and asked me to leave because Amy was off. They looked at me and insulted me in their language, Vietnamese I believe when I told them I would wait for someone who was available. Just terrible! So sad. 😔
