This ATM stole $1300 from my fiancé which she was going to pay rent with. Now we are waiting for the results of an investigation that could take up to 45 days. Other employees at Target say that it is constantly being worked on and breaks often. If CapitalOne is going to close their in person location on William Cannon, they should at least make sure their ATMs work...

The Capital One ATM is inside Target (in Capital Plaza). It right after the entrance & is open as long as Target is
