Had to go get tested, to get cleared for a surgery that's pending!!! This was the second time I visited, it was the place that was recommended by physician!!!!

Terrible waiting time .I’ve waiting Four and half hrs plus . We as patient I also have a life just like they do ! They are all concerned that the cash register Ned’s to ring constantly. I plan on going elsewhere.

Absolutely one of the worst medical offices I've ever had the displeasure of talking to. Poorly trained staff that asked a patient who was in for dizzy spells to repeatedly get up and walk to the desk for paperwork instead of getting it all together at once. Sent to the wrong area only to be told the front desk who directed to there was the one who was supposed to handle it. The security agent who was screening patients failed to inform that there was an elevator but then the to the person behind went out of their way to escort them there. Extremely judgmental, refused to run tests that actually addressed patient concerns and then after tests were run didn't contact for 2 whole months until we reached back out to ask for the results. While waiting in the lobby also heard other patients being charged for a missed appointment they never scheduled or were informed about. Super shady business practices. How could anyone trust these people with their heart if they can't even be bothered to pick up the phone to let you know about an appointment.
