I don’t know why I bother coming back to this place. The service, speed and accuracy are consistently terrible. Not subpar, not mediocre, but terrible. Five employees hanging out around the drive thru window and it still took minutes to address me. They tell me that they’re out of salsa, but they have some dressing in the bag. Not only did they not put dressing in my bag, but they got my order wrong. I give up. I won’t be coming back to this place.

This place has become a disappointment these days. Service is slooooow, chicken tastes good but the pieces are tiny, rice is bland and boring, and no more black beans is the last straw for me. Probably won’t be going back anytime soon.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. We ordered our food online for pick up. When we got home we noticed that the salsas that we ordered were missing. The chicken avocado bowls were missing sour cream. And our chicken avocado burritos were really flat (we've had them before at other locations and they have never been so empty) and pretty much cold. My burrito had a weird, fishy taste and there was a whole, big bone in it. Luckily it wasn't given to one of our kids because they could have definitely choked on the bone. I was pretty grossed out by the taste and didn't finish it. My husband also started feeling sick a few hours later after eating the burrito. This was our first time ordering from this location and it was a major disappointment. Definitely not worth over 40 dollars that we spent on our food.

So I ordered a chicken salad tostada, when ready for pickup I notice it's missing sour cream and the creamy cilantro dressing...I go back to ask for dressing and they tell me they are out, so I ask for green salsa. I ask for sour cream, they tell me they are also out....shouldn't they make customers aware of this while ordering so I can decide if I still want to order?!?! Then I over hear register employee still asking customers if they want sour cream in their meal. Terrible customer service!
