I had trouble with my AC so I called and spoke with Jeff, the owner. Before I could even explain what my problem was, he rudely interrupted and said “I’m not coming to your house”. I was taken aback but wasn’t surprised bcus I’ve heard the same thing about him from others. I then called another company in town and they came right out and fixed it. It turned out to be something minor thankfully.

Cartozian was super helpful when we needed to replace our old swamp cooler with a new HVAC unit. They understood our budget concerns and worked with us for well over a year. They explored many options to get us financing for a new unit. It took 3 days of work to remove the old unit, old ducting, and install everything new. We are so happy we chose them.
