This is a big court house in downtown Las Vegas. They have 3 floors to this building. It's pretty big. Especially for a court house. They have things such as paying your traffic tickets to having to serve for jury duty. I had jury duty. But I was in and out within 10 minutes. By the time I got there they said they already had enough jurors. Which was nice. Either way, this is a nice court house.

Confusing details served to attend in person, then being ruled against as a Pro Se Plaintiff without attendance at the local attorney's Unsigned Motion to Dismiss hearing - which was virtual but showed as in person. Then the Court did not give me a hearing for my paid opposition, throwing out a very importance Malpractice case. Highly prejudice Court which disregards equity to citizens and civilians alike. I'm a legal professional and first law degree graduate with a Ph.D. second year level education who works in the field as a Nevada Veteran Advocate. I would not send anyone I cared about to seek relief in this system.
Ms Pretty
They definitely don’t answer their phones. At all.

It was court so it wasn't good it wasn't bad... But my traffic tickets were thrown out. So that's a plus

How to find out when you have a court date
Marellis white
Quickly
I posted it now hopefully they approve it I got the number from the north las Vegas center
Search by defendent or parties first and last name and go from there
No
Go to the courthouse and find the office for the clerk of courts. Its a good start.
Public parking across from wedding chapel free on weekends I believe
On time always. You, not them
Probably not as that is a federal holiday
Unfortunately I have no idea, sorry...
Call or have someone email the office about your situation.
I don't know. I don't work there. Call or fail to appear?
You would have received a notice, or call the court clerk to look up the case number.
Call the Las Vegas justice Court or go on the website. I don't know if you are supposed to send it to the company or the courts. So, you might want to call them and/or go on the website. I hope this helps. Good luck.
As of yesterday they were doing live and video court .
Go to the justice court self help office and ask what are your legal rights to get him out and what is the process in Nevada.
If court is in session best to try to get there as soon as possible as the judge will not get message till after court in most cases
Check the date, the Court will be close on that day.
Depends on which Court you have to go, Las Vegas Justice Court Criminal opens from 7:30 am to 4 pm M-F, Las Vegas Justice Court Civil Dept. opens from 8 am to 4 pm. Traffic opens from 7:30 to 4 pm Monday to Thursday and 7:30 to 3 pm on Fridays but you can pay tickets online (lasvegasjusticecourt.us, select Dept. Then Traffic) and Municipal Court from 7:30 to 5 pm M-Thur. District Court opens from 9 am to 4 pm M-F. This coming Thursday and Friday RJC will be close in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday.
From what I understand, if you have a reason to be there, like being a jury member, a lawyer, someone needed for a case, like a witness or something, they will validate your parking, but only in a certain parking garage. If you check their website I am sure the info is there.
Yes you can
Yes
I'm not a lawyer by any means but if it was me I'd start in the self help center. If they can't help they should be able to send you to someone who can.
Need to talk to a lawyer..many do free consultations to discuss your issue..
You walk in and find out at the information desk.
They close at 4pm M-F
Use the RJC website.
Check your paperwork!!
Go to the self help center at the regional justice center. They can give you free legal advice on how to proceed.
There is street parking metered and there are parking structures very expensive
No, the Nevada Bar association handles attorney complaints
Any open spot you can find...and don't forget to feed the meter
CALL THE COURTHOUSE THAT'S LISTED ON YOUR TICKET AND LET THEM KNOW AND THEY WILL SET UP ANOTHER COURT DATE FOR YOU !!! YOU MIGHT HAVE TOO GO THERE IN PERSON THOUGH BUT ALWAYS CALL FIRST AND LET THEM TOO TELL YOU TOO COME IN IN PERSON !!! I HOPE THIS HELPS !!!
Well if you haven't went in front of a judge ...call the number on your ticket to choose to go to court or setup a payment plan
This is government, they operate under different pretense they asked everybody to come early because they know it's a line then they make you wait in court saying your court starts at 8:30. But what they really means that the roster of people start at 8:30 so you could be the last person on that roster. If you want to see the clerk downstairs you just have to wait to get in there is really no time frame to see the court clerk. If you're there to report for jury duty you must be there on time but they always take about an hour before they come out and start calling people. It's just a process of wait.
Go to court house
