I'm new to the area so I went to the wrong add 8501 instead of 5801, thank goodness I had the correct phone#, arrived late but was only there for I think 15mins to fill out paper work, Wam bam all done, Alex helped me very nice young man. Everything in office seemed to be clean everything in its place. We had 2 spaces back in California(same company) but here it's a space for a travel trailer..

(Old review) Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable. The unit is very clean and in good location. (2022) Matt is not there anymore. I moved out my stuff after 2 years, it's because they keep raising the rent way before the inflation. They raised it form $70 to $170 in a few months. It's like raising it every 2-3 months. The annoying part is they send you a postcard regarding the increase in less than 30 days. Sometimes, the postcard gets lost or stuck in junk mail and I kept paying the old rent price until I get a call to pay the difference, otherwise they will charge me late fee. I asked the manager to send the rent increase notice by email, but they were still sending the tiny postcard by postal mail. It's like a scam they don't give you enough time to find another place to move out, so you're stuck with the increased rent. But, listen to this, when it's time to collect and remind you about the bill, they send it by email, not only once but twice. Unbelievable.

Hi David, at this facility a 10x15 can range from $160 to $230. We recommend purchasing a unit online as their is a discounted rate than purchasing in-store.
