Beautiful Church with lots of history for me. Great Grandparents, Grandparents, Parents, Aunts and Uncles, so many of them were married here and many are buried behind the church in the cemetery as my parents will be also some day. A few years ago while visiting, my wife and I went inside, kneeled down at a pew and prayed, and the organ which was upstairs started playing a Christmas song, in JULY! With NO ONE at the church, we walked upstairs to check! It was my grandpas song he played so many times at Christmas when we were there at the farm. He built the petrified wood fence around the church and his spirit still lives on. He obviously was visiting us that day in spirit 😳🙏

The Knights of Columbus Annual Sausage Dinner is always the 2nd weekend in October on a Sunday. The parish's annual sausage dinner is always the 3rd weekend in March on a Sunday. The one for March of this year (2021) will be takeout only due to the current national pandemic situation.
