I'm a professional driver that gives you guys around $4000 in business every week. I stopped by to fill up and take a shower. Shower 3 is missing ALL hanging hooks but one above the toilet paper dispenser. Sink was dirty and the Emergency light is missing. If the power goes out someone will break their neck in the dark. This is a SAFETY issue. Jim's (president & ceo) goal is for all drivers to enjoy a hot shower & relax. You're far from meeting your goal my friend. Unless you have a check list in place for the GM's to check every shower at a minimum on weekly basis you will never meet your GOAL!!! This is an on going issue through out your company! This is my favorite place to stop by weekly on my way to Dallas but after this visit I'll think twice before I stop by next time.

In my personal opinion as a trucker I did not like this truck stop. They don't have staff to clean the bathrooms. The woman who was attending told people that the bathrooms were not working. I'm never staying here overnight, and I'm not fueling up either. Customer service was terribly bad.

Made a deal down here, truck gave out. Could not get a rental for 2.5 days. Spent that token here & it was made very pleasant. Did NOT threaten to kick me out. Did NOT constantly question me about being here. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP. WHILE “STRANDED” GREAT PLACE, CLEAN store, clean showers & Good & friendly staff!! I’ve spent less time a a few others during “ maintenance issues “ these locales have were not pleasant.
