HOA needs to get a life. They literally won’t even let you decorate the exterior of the condo that you pay for. Home ownership is supposed to be the ultimate freedom but they restrict everything you do. Neighborhood is filled with old republicans with nothing to do but judge and project their misery onto the community.

Ridiculous rules from Terra West management who seem to be in business to fine people and tow their cars. My guests a few years ago got their cars towed on Christmas day because their was not adequate parking....The neighbors are mostly nice but some are bitter crones who look at you like something they just scraped off their shoes . I have moved out some time ago but am still shell shocked from the experience of living there, shelled shocked enough to write this review years later.
