FEES!!! I was shocked that if you don't have an account with them, they charge you $8 to cash a check drawn on their bank. It reminded me of why I don't bank with them. The local small customer is not welcome.

Not on Washington Street unless by appointment I believe. Main street main branch is open for teller/ inside help
