Yes they do have the ability to do that at this location.
You can't make appointments at the egdewater location. it is first come first serve.
Annapolis is a corporate store and Edgewater is an authorized retailer. So they maintain two separate systems and inventories. If you ordered the phones thru Verizon, you will have to deal with a corporate store like Annapolis.
