I needed to get my engagement ring fixed after the diamond fell out while I was sleeping. I told the staff there that the ring was very important as it's a family heirloom on my fiance's side. They found more that needed fixing than when I brought it in and made sure my ring would last me a lifetime. The staff everytime was absolutely wonderful and pleasant to be around! My ring has never looked better!

At first glance, this may seem like a small jewelry shop in the Gallatin Valley Mall, but it’s much more than that. I purchased my fiancée’s wedding/engagement ring here. Lacey was super helpful in finding the right ring, & has been nothing short of incredibly helpful with any and all questions we’ve had and has really gone above and beyond to make a great experience out of both buying the ring and the customer experience as a whole! Highly recommend this place as they really are great, and again, props to Lacey for being so helpful!

Bought a beautiful ring here last year. A stone fell out and another is loose. I have my mother's engagement ring it's 70 years old no stones have fallen out and Jensen won't make it right. My other engagement ring which is cheaper and 10 years old has never lost a stone. Passing for it to get fixed but I'll never buy jewelry here again
