Called for them to come out because my AC quit working overnight. While he was checking it out it started working. I asked what he did to get it started. He said “ nothing, it just started “. He checked the Freon and nothing more and left. A $150.00 service call. The next night it happened again. I called and asked if they could send someone more knowledgeable out and because they didn’t fix it the first time if they could waive the service fee. Boy did I get an ear full. So every time they come out it is a $150.00 whether they fix it or not. Update: So in the end I educated myself, did my own diagnostic and testing, discovered the part I needed, ordered it and replaced it myself. And all I got from Shannon was charged $150.00 for nothing.

We are extremely thankful for the team from Shannon Heating and Cooling. We noticed our AC wasn't cooling and called. They said they would send someone out that same day. They quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the part.
