Ridiculously long wait for food. After 45 minutes of waiting for food, I told the server we'd pay for the OJ and leave. The manager comes out and asks what the problem is. I tell her we've now waited nearly an hour for breakfast food. She seriously asks if we'd like to get our food expedited 😶, which I say would be nice. Food comes out 5 minutes later. Food was good, they comp 2 OJ's, but incorrectly charged us for two kid's Jr pancakes. At that point I just want to leave, so I paid the bill and left. Server still got 20%+ tip, but the dining experience was horrendous. Won't be returning.

I don't like giving 3 stars, but it's best I can do. I try to be honest with my reviews. It may not be the management's fault, but they were out of most things we ordered. They didn't have the fish for the meal I ordered. Also out of broccoli. Didn't have the potato pancakes my husband ordered. So we both ordered eggs, hasbrowns & bacon. They did have that. My Eggs were cooked perfect, my husband's had water under them. We asked for our Bacon to be "Crispy" it was rubbery. But they did recook it with no problem. Both breakfast meals came with No Toast. The ice tea was cloudy and strong. I didn't drink it. Our waitress was pleasant and the manager was nice and apologized for the issues. I would give them another try in the future because any place can have a bad day and they did comp one meal so we tipped our waitress well. Maybe some coaching by upper management might be helpful. I do hope they do well as we don't like seeing places close.

We arrived to IHOP around 7:20pm on 1/26/2022. There was only one waitress in the entire building named Nycole. At first things started out ok then been worse as it is now 3am and my girlfriend seems to have food poison. Ok so short staff doesn’t always equate to HORRIBLE SERVICE but it did tonight! We ordered our some food from the “Happy Hour Menu” that Nycole gave us runs from like 3pm to 8pm and his food came out perfect! I thought he would waste the food but his chicken and pancakes was only $6 on the menu so I thought it’s cool either way but to my surprise he almost cleared his plate. His food came out 30 minutes before ours. As we continued to sneak fries from my son’s plate Nycole finally gave us an update and said that there was no more T-Bone steak and they would substitute it with another steak option on the menu. I was ok with that so we waited and waited. Food finally comes out and I have 1 regular pancake and a pancake ball instead of 3 pancakes and burnt steak pieces. Once Nycole dropped it off she knew this would be an issue so she tried to avoid us by cleaning. DIDNT WORK! I called her over to the table and held up the pancake that looked like it was in a food fight on its way to our table and I asked Nycole like what went wrong! She apologized and said that they had a new cook but that they gave my girlfriend more French Toast to make for my 1 full pancake and pancake ball but not to worry she would give us a discount because of the bs we received. Smh I ordered my steak medium rare. I received well done steak pieces that I couldn’t even eat! I definitely will be contacting the manager for a FULL REFUND since she didn’t discount anything but her service! Lol Nycole and IHOP are so lucky my son was with me!

It was great eating at🍔IHOP🥞with family. Our waitress Angelica was super friendly and very👩‍💼professional. The food👀looked amazing but tasted😋even better!
