Location, amenities and attractions are really nice. Stayed at the grand pequot, rooms are relatively new and well maintained. Pool and hot tubs were relaxing. Only downside to my stay was check in staff could be a bit more professional. At check in I noticed staff behind the desk was pretty much congregating and having a conversation with each other. It didn’t matter to them that a guest was present. So much so that the staff member wasn’t even focused on what I was saying about my room details. When I got to my room I noticed it wasn’t what I booked over the phone. Tried to resolve it over the phone was brushed off however I made my way down spoke to a Manager and he took care of me. Just be careful at check in to not get shoved into any room they have available and you should have a great time. You can even bring your family as well!

It's been a while since I last visited this casino and not much has changed in 3 years. I like this place. It certainly is big and has a good amount of options for playing & eating. I didn't stay here or visit the outlets, maybe another time. However, we did enjoy our visit & experience in the casino. There was a decent variety of table games open to choose from. Depending on the day of the week & time of day, you will notice prices of average tables range from $5 - $25. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Drinks were okay but it should be noted that they stop serving alcohol at 12 due to local laws. Restaurants closed pretty early as well so we were left with the choice of Dunkin Donuts or convenience store snacks as food options. Lastly, the property is very large so remember to wear comfortable shoes if you plan on exploring. Getting here is a bit out of the way so we don't know when but we do plan on visiting again.

Going here for conventions, I can't comment on guest amenities such as spas, pools, etc. as there's no time to explore them. Nor can I comment on the casino since gambling isn't a pastime of mine. Friends gamble, though, and it's enjoyable to watch them play craps, roulette and Black Jack. Our room this stay was a really nice corner room with sweeping views of the landscape and resort. The bathroom was modern with a window that showcased the same view. Desk and small fridge are standard perks here. The king sized bed was comfortable. There was no hallway noise from other guests on our floor section, which is noteworthy. A variety of retail stores, restaurants and entertainment venues are available for guests or visitors.

The size of this place is hard to describe. By far the largest casino I have been to. Worth visiting just to see the sprawl. However sprawl does not equal luxury. Due to the size of the complex it seems hard to keep up with maintance. Was here for an event and the ballroom was decent. Casinos were nice but rooms were slightly dated at the main hotel (stayed at Grand Pequot). Carpet had a stain and guest in check in before us said a suitcase / person was in the room they were given. Check in also took about 20 minutes as two people were working. They do not clean rooms during your stay. Drink service and table games were decent. Was possible to find 10$ table games on a Friday night. I paid an event rate for the room but would not pay anywhere near the going rate for dated rooms. The ballroom was a nice space for an event. Place seems to be negatively affected by the new casinos in MA and NY.

They have buses that will take you, but if you have your own vehicle I would recommend that instead

Yes I always Valet parking. It's better than trying to find a spot and then remembering where you parked lol. It's free but I tip the hard working.
