My name is Jason, I filled out a online application and was approved at a 9% Interest-rate i received an email from Harley Davidson Valparaiso, so I drove 40 miles to purchase a motorcycle and once I got there. I said I was interested in purchasing a bike. And was introduced to Troy. I told Troy the bike I was interested in, and Troy looked at the price tag and said he needed 1100 down. I told him I didn’t have anything for a down payment and that I’ve been preapproved online, but all Troy cared about was a down payment. He didn’t even want to deal with me. If this is Harley Davidson‘s sales model so be it. I will take my business somewhere else. I’ve always wanted a Harley Davidson motorcycle. But it seems like the only thing in Harley Davidson Valparaiso sales reps care about is money down. I will take my business somewhere else and get a different motorcycle I have lost complete interest in Harley Davidson and would not recommend them.
