It was a great experience for me. It was a usual loading time. I have only been in an underground warehouse twice and this one, unlike the other, is sufficiently lit, well labeled, and room to maneuver.

Very nice guard. Dropped trailer at dock door. Much larger underground establishment than others I have been to. Alot of room to maneuver in.

I don't know why so many bad opinions, my appointment was for Monday 1:00 pm I arrived Sunday 7:00 pm for building 10, it was ready loaded at 9:40 pm, check above "Guard Satation" will give you the low door park in your door slide the axles back there will never be their door they will plow it turn on your reefer to the indicated temperature disconnect go to the office deliver the papers that the Guard station gave you get on your tractor and wait for them to call you to pick up your trailer your papers and ready

They do give tours for groups. Not sure about one person tours. Contact the Underground and I'm sure they can direct you to the right resources.
