I reached out to Vereniece in regards to getting my hair done before a certain important date, i sent her this long message asking her if she had any availability and explaining why and instead of saying "sorry unfortunately i dont have anything" she sent me a screenshot of her being booked. I brushed it off and decided to reach out again i asked her for an appointment which we agreed on and the day before my appointment i messaged her to confirm my appointment and she said that she booked my appointment because i didnt pay my deposit that she didnt even inform me about. ...... i had called off at work already and i just thought she was so rude and unprofessional. Dont recommend unless you would like to have someone rude do your hair and treat you like you're a piece of dirt .
