You can pick up a paper application outside the building in the box from 8:30am to 5pm Monday thru Friday. The box is by the garage area
There are places to live, but I don't know anything about the housing authority. Sorry could not be more help.
I'm not for sure but you can come to the office and they can help you with any questions and concerns
You can call the housing authority phone number to get information on how to get on le list for housing. There are also some income based apartments in Georgetown like Clairmont.
