I’m just tired of paying a late fee every month due to the fact that I can’t use their online system and haven’t been able to for years. Even had the guy in charge contact their “guy” who does their website and reset everything. Still didn’t work. This is the only bill I cannot pay online and since I have health issues I end up paying a monthly late fee since it takes me so long to get down to the office. I’m over it.

took 40 minutes of flooding for them to come and shut our water off. their “on call” technician arrived with no urgency and now we have severe house damage. this is our baby’s nursery floor 😔

The Best Dad Ever!

The service is “ok”. The water isn’t the cleanest water so I buy bottle water to drink. The main reason for 3 stars is because if they are going to raise the cost of the forced utility service then they need to replace water lines on their end other than the main roads.
