Worst of the worst Horrible customer service Including the so called manager. Definitely moving to another bank . No wonder their always chasing customers at HEB to bank with them Cause they probably don't have sufficient customers. Now I know why.😠

Bank at Saunders and Zapata Hwy are very rude. They keep you waiting in line long, without any consideration. Last time I was at the bank there were only 2 persons ahead of me and I still stood in line 25 minutes. Ridiculous.
