They went above and beyond recreating a BMW motorcycle emergency key that had the tip broken off of it. The key they made fit my luggage perfectly and saved me a lot of headache. No need to go the the dealer if you don't need a FOB.

I've gone in twice. First time they got me the wrong tire and the next time they didn't actually fix what I sent it in for. Both times it has eventually gotten fixed but not in the quickest manner. In response the wheel was about 8 months ago, I bought a replacement mountain biking wheel at the shop and was giving a size that didn't fit my bike. I then left my bike there for you guys to order a part and got it back fixed about 4 days later which was good time. As for sending it on the 12th the problem that I had was a wobble that's induced in my pedal after writing for about 5 minutes, it was fixed by the 13th but all that happened was the bolt was tightened down and it worked itself out as soon as I started biking again, which was something I stated happened and was looking for a solution for. Hence why I said it has eventually gotten fixed but not in the quickest manner. 3 out of 5 stars not overjoyed with the service but took my bike there again because it's close and the work eventually gets done. I know a lot of bike shops that are much worse.
