I had my son place our order online and he accidentally chose the wrong location and when I called and asked them to cancel and let me place a new order near me they refused to help me. I explained to them I was just released from the hospital, on oxygen, had a pic line coming out of my arm due to my blood being septic and I didn’t feel well enough to travel and hours round trip to get them from the wrong location. They were rude and unprofessional and did not care at all how sick I was and told me I could cancel but it could take weeks to get my refund. It’s by far the most unprofessional place I’ve ever dealt with. Would not recommend anyone to go to their stores. Horrible customer service!!!!!!!

Staff seemed bored and annoyed to be helping me. maybe try to smile, make eye contact or speak loud enough for customers to hear you during interaction so they don’t feel like you’re bothered by their presence. The smoothie was good but I will just stick to my regular smoothie king location in the future. No need for me to come back here after this experience.
