Very unhelpful and uncaring about situations that don't affect them. Expect them to cancel your appointment and not care to reach out about it until you show up. Understaffed but clients will take that hit. Your better off at any other Dr than this unreliable one. Not the first time I had issues so I immediately pulled records, which I wouldn't be surprised if that paperwork was "lost." Considering their job is too hard to do correctly. Not sure how they even still have a business.

I see all these bad reviews for wait times and being treated as a number and so forth. I've had nothing but great experiences with them. I just called and scheduled a well check for my daughter and the whole call took 5 minutes. Robin is always so nice in scheduling! We see Dr. Long and I always appreciate the speediness of appointments, especially if you have a small child who doesn't necessarily want to be there. She's offered referrals for me, with no issues. I've also never had a long wait at the office. I get there 15 minutes early as requested and most of the time I'm out of there a few minutes after my actual scheduled appointment. With no a lot of options of doctors that accept our insurance, I'm so glad this office is available!

I like the staff and care but calling to get in to see the staff will take at least 20-30 minutes. Wish there was an easier way to schedule appointments. Very disappointed in call times.
