I came to the Northern Kentucky center for a CT. It was very easy to get to from the east side of Cincinnati via 275. Paperwork online was easy and everyone was friendly and kind, especially the tech Missy.

PROSCAN Imaging employees were courteous and knowledgeable. They were able to get our son in for an MRI in a few days when St. E imaging and Ortho Cincy had at least a two week wait. They told us our up front cost and gave us a copy of the MRI on a disc minutes after the scan was completed. We highly recommend.

The entire experience from making the appointment, the office contacting me regarding insurance so there was zero grey area about payment to finally the scan itself. 100% professional, 100% friendly, and would recommend Proscran 100%.

I know they have an open MRI in the Eastgate location, but I don't know if they have that in the Northern Kentucky location. It you call them, I am sure they can help you.
