If there were a way to give a negative or zero stars, that’s how I would rate them.! DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR MC FIXED!!! I scheduled an appointment for my Boulevard M50 for tires, oil change, and battery recharged. Made the appointment (8/26) on 8/17 and brought it in later that day. They said that they would try to push it up as much as possible after I told them that it was MY ONLY MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION. They said that I didn’t have to pay for the tire la until the MC was done….fast to the 26th: still not done. Called and said it would be done on the 27th. Came in at 3:30 Saturday (today; 8/27). Haven’t even worked on it yet!!! Said there was a miscommunication with the tires, thinking I already bought them! IT BETTER BE READY BY 11A Tuesday and I BETTER GET A CHUNK OF THE PRICE REDUCED!!! Absolutely never going to this place for service again and telling any of my friends/coworkers to avoid this place! I’m not sure about the sales end, but their service department is seriously lacking!! Just to be clear: this was the Harrison Ave location. NOT the Fairfield location, which is better and where we’ve repaired/serviced the bikes in the past…the only reason why I went to Harrison is because in now live in Delhi and it’s closer…never making this mistake again!!!

I'm redneck so yes guns, dogs, and locks but I'm sure they have something inside the store or already built in the atv from the manfucatures and I'd say it would be cheaper by now because I'm in the construction field so they have things that's built in the machines for many years now, so call them and ask because this question isn't in my field.... I know a little but not enough to matter... I'm sure they can order you something or it's already in the store , but if the battery is removed the GPS won't work... I'm sure by now they have figured out by now to make an internal battery by now as those devices have been around for years.... Good luck and happy trails....
