Loveland Store of Montgomery Cyclery is amazing. Today 5:00 Saturday I went in to have hand grips installed. The person that answered the phone was great and said they could do it if I brought it in. They use am air compressor and made short work of it! They are always friendly and helpful! The Tech knew what he was doing and the person answering the phone was cheerful and friendly. So was the Tech. You don't see that much anymore. I will be back in a few months to buy a new bike. To celebrate losing a lot of weight. Thanks so much! My dad was an avid cycler and passed away this year in February. I never rode for years and recently rented bikes in Manhattan to get around the city, and I loved it - I knew I had to buy a bicycle once I was home. It’s the most joyful and obvious solution to my own lifelong fitness goals. I knew I wanted to use my bike for the bike trails and city riding when I travel, and I needed to go somewhere the staff would be knowledgeable and care about helping me find the most practical and cost effective bike and accessories. Matt was there at the shop to walk me through every practical step, and he spent hours to ensure I was getting the correct size and most practical bike for my needs. He helped me pick the right accessories and even stopped me from obsessing over items I realize now I’d like time riding to decide on later. He even showed me how to change a flat tire/tube! If you are looking for help and people who are passionate, and WANT riding a bicycle to be fun, this is absolutely the place and Matt was The Guy!!!

Unfortunately we are not renting any bikes right now. We sold our rental fleet last year and with the world wide bicycle shortage we have not been able to replenish them yet.
Any of the stores should be able to cut and replace spokes for you. Bring the bike, or just the wheel, in to any location and they can give you a free estimate on what the wheel needs.
The employees wear masks and they have signs posted requiring customers to wear masks. They limit the number of customers permitted in the store at one time, and they have an outdoor drop off for maintenance customers.
We do offer refunds. Our normal return policy is within 30 days, but bring the bike in and we can take a look to see if we can make an exception.
