So thankful for Germain Ford! I had been searching for a new used car for a couple months prior to my trip to Germain. Right away, they stood out from any other dealership that I had been to. The salesman I worked with was Tim Duff. He was extremely kind and helpful. He made sure that the car I test drove was in pristine condition, and then double and triple checked everything to make sure everything was in perfect working order before I picked up the car. Tim was very easy to talk to and exhibited above and beyond customer service. He was just as excited about my purchase as I was! :) I also spoke to Travis about finances and documentation. He made it easy by sending me all the documentation online to digitally sign so that all I had to do was show up and pick up my new car! Travis also thoroughly explained the extended warranty options. Even though I did not purchase any of them, that did not change his attitude or service. I so appreciated the ease of the buying process and the genuine kindness I was showed. Thank you Tim, and thank you Germain Ford! The hard work and dedication of the staff meant the world. Definitely going to recommend this dealership to friends and family if/when they need a new car.

Hey I was supposed to get my car diagnostic on Wednesday the 12 of October It was a set appointment at 10:30 they didn’t look at my car the day it was scheduled to called them all that week nobody showed interest in my car until Friday the 14 of October 2022 here it is the 21st of October 2022 and they are still not done with my car when the lady specific words was they would have my car done Wednesday the 19th and it’s still not done it’s a inconvenience to me and my children and I’m disappointed and my car is still there
