Nope. The games are all along the lines of digital arcade- and console- varieties than physical. Pinball is the only exception i can think of and it's also the only one they charge for.

It varies. I've gone Friday night around 7pm and found street parking. Then I've gone Saturday early evening, and I had to park in the garage a street over.

Yes. They dont have any sort of food items in so they allow you to bring food with you. Be courteous of course.
Generally the weekends are busier than the weekdays but compared to a friday or saturday it is a little less busy yeah.

There is no food. You can bring food in from somewhere else, Gomez has great Mexican food, but you can't bring in soda from somewhere else!
Yes, they card at the door with exception to family days, which take place on Sundays monthly-ish.
