Kim was very respectful and professional. The other worker who was on a 30 minute phone call the whole time I needed customer service and who also confronted me about posting a review in parking lot needs his phone taken away and scolded by mama kim for not knowing professionalism on how you you talk to a customer. Get your wrist slapped goof. Although I did leave in a good mood so thanks tire express for making my day humorous and also helpful on recommendations.
