My daughter Athena has always been terrified of going to the dentist to the extent that she had to be sedated to get any dental work completed. We’ve been going to this office for a little over two years now? And have only had great experiences here. The office staff is super friendly and accommodating especially to those who have “mommy brain” (I showed up a week too early and they saw her today anyways), the hygienist Katie is my daughter’s all time favorite person to see (they talk about dinosaurs and cats) , and Dr. Kyle Thompson is very nice and informative on what services will be provided during the visit! I wish I could give more than five stars because every single person that works here goes above and beyond.

Office staff and dentist are amazing when and IF you can get in. Every time I have an urgent issue (broken tooth, etc) they are unable to see you for months. If you wait for them you will lose your teeth because they don’t bother trying to see you to get it taken care of because the damage can no longer be repaired. Dentist seems to be not want to work a lot, the office is always empty even though they can’t possibly get you in for a dental emergency. I am now recommending all patients I have referred to go elsewhere to a dentist that actually cares about saving your teeth rather than getting in that extra vacation or six. This is not just a recent COVID thing. This is how they were operating prior as well. If you just need a cleaning and not worried about someone who knows you that will see you for emergency treatment then this is actually a place with friendly staff and a professional doctor that is a pleasure to speak with. While it was hands down the best experience I have ever had at a dentist the inability for them to accommodate emergencies and instead let you lose your tooth is unacceptable in my book. I am even a cash pay patient. I can imagine scheduling for someone with a low reimbursement insurance plan.

Elite lives up to their name! This practice is amazing for the entire family. They have an incredible team and Dr. Thompson is fantastic. He’s extremely knowledgeable and explains things well. Jessica cleans my (and my children’s) teeth every time. She is so amazing with my kids and really takes the time to make them feel comfortable.
