Car wash malfunctioned 05/24/2021 and broke my side mirror. When I went in to complain, the cashier called the owner—Hasan—and said ANOTHER customer complained about the car wash malfunctioning. The cashier failed to notify me the was an issue before I went in. Essentially, they knew it was malfunctioning and abandoned their duty for care and made the negligent decision to allow other customers to continue using it. After speaking with Hasan, the cashier took my name and phone number and said Hasan would contact me. That has yet to happen. I was selling the vehicle the next day and the value of my sale was lowered because of this. To add insult to injury, I asked for my money back for the car wash and the cashier initially said “I can give you another car wash”. How logical is that? Why would I want another car wash after your malfunctioning car wash just broke my side mirror? I said “no, I want my money back” and he provided it but I have yet to be contacted or compensated for my broken side mirror due to their carelessness and neglect by allowing the car wash to remain open when they know it is broken. I may consider legal action because this definitely could have been prevented on THEIR part.
