TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, and Continually tell lies to try to keep your business after missing deadlines. Ive never written a review before but i felt moved to tonight bc of the bad taste this place has left in my mouth. I had 4 wheels powdercoated here 2 (maybe 3) years ago, the process was long drawn took 6 days when i was quoted 3 when i made the appointment. Everytime i reached out there was a new excuse. When the wheels were done they looked amazing. Fast forward to early this year i had scraped one of my wheels and wanted to get it fixed. I reached out they told me when to bring it and that it would be no problem getting it fixed. I drop the wheel off, 3 days pass i hear nothing, i call no answer, i have to go to the shop for an update, get there they havent started. Im promised it will be done the next day. The next day, no call, i call, no answer. i go to pick up my wheel, still not even started. I am again promised the wheel will be finished that day and brought to me. Again i hear nothing. I go the next day to pick up my wheel and again it hadnt been started. At this point I just take it and leave. 5 days wasted for a service they seem to never have intended to complete. Terrible customer service.
