Great place to stop and stretch. This has a lot of really neat history and Rout 66 memorabilia. Take a little time to walk around and enjoy the scenery and some of the history of the Mother road. This place is very well kept and the bathrooms are clean. Hope you enjoy.

Conveniently located and shows up on Apple Maps! This rest area came in clutch for real! My kiddo was restless and ready for a stretch, so we decided to go ahead and make the break. Restrooms are clean, smell fresh, stocked toilet paper. Everything you'd need for a good toilet time :) There's a play area for kids and adults to stretch plus I'm pretty sure I saw vending machines. I didn't look too hard though so I could be mistaken. Trash bins have been taken so no stinky trash lying around outside the facilities. 10/10 I'd recommend.

One fabulous rest area! It would be nice if there was some protection from the wind for cars in a storm, but pretty awesome altogether. Here’s a picture from the nighttime view. Safe travels! Thank you, Texas!

Awesome rest stop, clean bathrooms, information booth, route 66 history, lots of parking spaces, lots of picnic areas with grills, (extra cookies for whoever came out with the idea of making the grills like Texas, very cool !!!) The scenery is not bad at all, endless terrain and hills, I think it's worth to mention the rest stop has a couple of tornado shelters, complete with tornadoes pictures, interesting.
