hidden and tucked away, I never knew a maple syrup place was on route 52. Tour was super informative and store had samples. The bourbon syrup and maple whip were amazing. Maple weekend tours this year (2020) October 10,11 and the following weekend according to website. Also there are chainsaw sculptures for sale.

Syrup processing location. Went for breakfast during NY Maple weekend. Not far from Beacon and bacon. There's a parking lot, lot can fill and you have to park in the road. Fun time with the kids.
