Hi Lul, Yes we can assemble a standard PC for $89.99 without the operating system. If you would like us to install the OS and all the drivers needed then it's $129.99. Keep in mind that if you have liquid cooling or custom hardware such as more than 5 fans then it might be a little more. Give us a call for more details.
